Transforming communities through faith-based financial empowerment — the Hope SACCO offers savings, credit, and cooperative economic growth rooted in Kingdom principles.
The Hope Initiative exists to break cycles of poverty through community savings, fair credit, and Kingdom financial principles.
The Hope Initiative is Pater Reach Foundation's arm of economic transformation. We believe that financial freedom is part of God's plan for every family — and that communities are stronger when they save, invest, and grow together.
Through the Hope SACCO, members can access savings accounts, group savings schemes, low-interest development loans, school fees financing, and emergency funds — all within a trusted, faith-based cooperative.
Governed by members, transparent in operations, and integrated with digital tools — Hope SACCO empowers communities to build lasting financial health.

A faith-based Savings & Credit Cooperative Organisation (SACCO) — registered under Uganda's Cooperative Societies Act — serving Pater Reach community members, volunteers, and program alumni.
Hope SACCO is governed by its members under the oversight of Pater Reach Foundation. It operates under Uganda's Microfinance Regulatory Authority (UMRA) framework, ensuring full legal compliance, transparency, and accountability.
Membership is open to community members, Pater Reach volunteers, church partners, program alumni, and families in our networks. Together, we pool resources and create access to financial services that would otherwise be out of reach.
Our approach is Kingdom-first: integrity in all dealings, fairness in lending, and genuine care for every member's financial flourishing.

A 7-member elected Board sets policy, oversees management, ensures regulatory compliance, and safeguards members' interests and funds.
A 3-member Supervisory Committee independently audits SACCO operations, reviews loan records, and reports directly to the AGM.
Professional management team: CEO/Manager, Accountant, and Loan Officers — running day-to-day operations with excellence and integrity.
